Of course, you will find these too, but I truly believe that travelling done right, is the perfect self-development and mindfulness tool.
Travelling can allow us to slow down and really focus on being present, learn more about ourselves and break away from the stress and rigidity of everyday life. Of course what this looks like, may be slightly different for everyone. My advice for you when reading these blogs, is to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t. You don’t have to feel under pressure to do travelling a certain way, there is no right or wrong when it comes to travel styles.

Hello there! My name is Kate, and I have three passions: travel, self-development and wellness, and more often than not, I like to combine these elements. This is how Sassy Travels was born. I wanted to create a female and slow travel focused platform, where I can share my top tips and findings, helping other women find joy and happiness in travelling the world and improving themselves. 50 countries and counting, plus a background in health and fitness, I thought I am somewhat qualified for the job, so I started putting this blog together. Sassy Travels is for the woman who is ready to explore the world on her own terms, allowing herself to meet a new version of the woman she’s becoming along the way. So, that when she returns home, she is a little bit more confident, a little bit more grounded and a little bit more sassy.
